Wonderful stay in a GREAT location
large room beautiful bathroom attentive staff
The room was large. It was also very well appointed. The bathroom was excellent and beautiful. The staff were friendly and VERY attentive. I loved the hotel.
Cars stay outside of the old town. I needed to walk with bags to reach the hotel. Make sure to have a light bag that is easy to handle.

quiet atmosphere great breakfast internet speed long walk old furniture broken chair
the location was perfect it was very easy to find. despite being right in the center it was really quiet. breakfast was great i found the internet speed was very good.
i had to walk with my bags to get to the hotel cars cannot enter the old town. some chairs were broken in the room it was not great value for money.

my room had a square view and i could see cruise ships. the bathroom featured generous size. the tv came with many viewing options. breakfast selections included both continental and british foods.

the standard double room included ample closet space and came equipped with soap, shampoo and body lotion, also a needle, thread and button set, it shows the hotel takes care of every detail.

the reception staff showed excellent care. the staff were very friendly and efficient, they addressed every request immediately and efficiently. the driver provided a great view during my airport pick-up.

the staff was really helpful and friendly. the location is really good, being right at the entrance of the old town (very convenient!). breakfast offered a great selection of food. the room was spacious, and the bathroom was very clean.
The hotel might benefit from some updates to its decor. It felt a bit old-fashioned.
